Park Lane
(Wain Homes)
In late 2024, Wain Homes submitted a consultation for developing land at the bottom of Park Lane, joining Crewe Road and Middlewich Road.
​
This would add a further 170 homes to an area which has already seen substantial new development.
​
This consultation closed on the 10th Jan, with the expectation of a full planning application being submmitted in the near future.
As with all other developments, there is a risk that this will further add to the congestion and issues with services such as Healthcare in the town.
We will add details of the planning submission once it is raised.
